Returns & Refunds

At TanQueens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Opened or used tanning products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you changed your mind, you are responsible for return postage.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Report damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Opened tanning products, used cosmetic products, gift cards, and clearance items unless faulty.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
